IN ORDER TO ATTEND THE SPRING SLEEPOVER, JUNIORS MUST HAVE:
1. A SIGNED PERMISSION TO TRAVEL FORM
2. A SIGNED SLEEPOVER FORM
3. A SIGNED PHOTO/VIDEO/AUDIO RELEASE FORM
