U.S. Labor Secretary Perez Visits the New Start Career Network
U.S. Labor Secretary Thomas Perez participated in a roundtable discussion at the Heldrich Center on Tuesday to learn more about the New Start Career Network and the challenges facing long-term unemployed job seekers. Secretary Perez listened to several NSCN job seekers who described their experiences in today's job market and made recommendations that might help. Several NSCN Volunteer Career Coaches also participated.
