Biking Routes North of Boston - In the Boston Globe
A bike commuter stops to enjoy refreshments at the Bike to Work Week breakfast held at Philips in May 2015.
Late last month, the Boston Globe published an article about bike commuting in suburban Boston entitled "Bike initiatives on a roll north of Boston". The town of Haverhill (part of the Merrimack Valley TMA jurisdiction) was featured for its improvements along the Merrimack River and boardwalk to accommodate bicyclists and pedestrians.
Our hope is that these developments will encourage more folks to try biking to work .
