Breaking new ground in Marino
 
A passionate group of local residents have come together with a proposal to plan, develop and manage a community garden in Marino.

Marino Community Garden Inc is a non-profit organisation looking to establish a community garden at Newland Avenue Reserve, Marino.

Students invited to go green on council  
 
Students in Years 7-10 are about to be given a unique opportunity to have fun, learn about the environment and make a difference in the community on this year's Youth Environment Council (YEC).

The YEC aims to provide young people with the opportunity to create a more sustainable future.

This free program is designed to inspire and develop leadership, teamwork and public speaking skills in students who are passionate about sustainability.

The Discovery Circle provides fun opportunities for you to contribute to research and learn about local natural environments.

Get involved in Citizen Science projects, interactive workshops and informative blogs to help you connect and learn.
