#GIVINGTUESDAY

On December 1st, the Women's Business Development Center will participate in #GivingTuesday.

Now in its fourth year, #GivingTuesday is a global day dedicated to giving back. The global celebration is held annually on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving, widely  recognized  Black Friday, and Cyber Monday to kick off the holiday giving season.

Last year, more than 30,000 organization in 68 countries came together to celebrate #GivingTuesday. Since its founding in 2012, it has inspired giving around the world and collaborations to improve local communities.

We invite you to join the movement to give back to the nonprofit, charities and causes you support. Also, help spread the word by using the hashtag #GivingTuesday.  If you are in the Illinois area include #ILGiv, an Illinois statewide initiative complementing the #GivingTuesday campaign.
