Purchase a NEW pair of athletic shoes suitable for boys or girls and place in the collection boxes located in the upper campus lobby and outside the Welcome Center.
Shoe sizes needed most Male sizes: Child 9.5-4.5 & Adult 6.5-13 Female sizes: Child 9.5-4.5 & Adult 5, 5.5, 8-12
Socks sizes: All sizes for males or females

The first Tuesday of each month will be Mt. Gap Spirit Night from 5-8pm. Different student groups will be hosting each month and all proceeds benefit the hosting group.

Santa Shop
Mountain Gap PTA will be sponsoring Santa Shop for grades Pre-K - 5 December 8, 9 and 10.
We are in need of volunteers to help children shop, keep the tables stocked with goodies to purchase and help with checkout.

MGS P-8 Students of the Month
The Mountain Gap student of the month is chosen based on qualities such as character, leadership, and citizenship, not necessarily academics. The student of the month must be a diligent student, completing his/her assignments on time, showing strong effort to learn the subjects. The student of the month demonstrates excellent behavior inside and outside the classroom, is well mannered, and respectful to both peers and teachers. Lastly, the student of the month shows exemplar character through his/her compassion, honesty, trustworthiness, responsibility, optimism, and loyalty in creating a positive school environment.
A student can only be awarded once a year. One girl and one boy from each grade will be selected each month.

Bailey Cove Friends of the Library to Host Breakfast with Santa
-
December 12, 2015 9:30 - 11:00 am
. Cost: $18. Santa will mingle with children as they are served breakfast biscuits, muffins, fruit and juice. Entertainment will include caroling and a puppet show. Each child will have the opportunity to visit with Santa individually. In order to accommodate the greatest number of children, only the children will be seated and served breakfast. Parents are welcome to stay in the meeting room during the event. Space is limited. Tickets will be available at the main desk at Bailey Cove Public Library beginning
