CAPstone Super Hero Race 

Every Child Needs Heroes, Abused Children Need Super Heros!

CAPstone is hosting our 7th annual Super Hero race on May 28th, 2016 from 8:00am-12pm.  Please come and join us for this fun family event and wear your favorite Super Hero costume.  Check-in will start at 8am. 

The fun starts with a kids 1k fun run at 9am.  There will also be a 5k run starting immediately after the completion of the kids 1k.  All pre-registered runners will receive a t-shirt and a goodie bag the day of the race.  Medals will be awarded for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for the 1k and 5k race.  We  will also be giving prizes for best costume for youth male and female and adult male and female. 

Calling all teams!!! CAPstone will be sponsoring a team challange, teams will consist of five participants, totals will be tallied and averaged for each team member to determine the winning team.  The winning team will get the CAPstone Super Hero traveling trophy.

To register for this fun event click on the link below or call CAPstone at 632-7274.  Pre-registration is encouraged so we can ensure that everyone gets a t-shirt.  Registration after April 20th will be $5 more in each category.  Please indicate the size of t-shirt that you will need for each registered runner.  We can not guarentee a t-shirt for runners that register the day of the event.
