If you have been by the property this week, you have noticed that the builder is painting our steel beams black.  That task will continue during the first part of next week and by early to mid week, the first beams will be erected.  We will put out an email before that time, so that if you would like to be on site to see the first of the church "raised", you can be there to witness the historic event!

Softball season is here!  If you would like to join the Church 213 team, we need males and females!  We practice on Monday nights at Beaver Park (located on Highway 213 in Mansfield) at 6:30 p.m.  Games begin April 30 and will be held on Saturdays.  Come join the fun!  Contact Cliff Roberts at 678-294-2615 for more info. Our first games are this Saturday at 12:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.  Come out and cheer our team on!

One of the keys in defeating our enemy is prayer.  Diligent prayer.  Constant prayer.  So, we are asking you, the church to step up to the battle and join us prayer on our Church 213 property.  Just text Tarita Kuhns at 770-823-9963 to let her know what day you can commit to be a part of this vital ministry.  

 

If your child has signed up for Super WOW this summer, all monies will be due by May 15.  The total cost of the trip for the week (lodging, food, gas money and conference fee) is $350.00  If you have any questions about payments, contact Nancy at 706-347-4040.

You are invited to a Wedding Shower this coming Sunday, April 24 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. for Destiny Haynes and  Dominic Lewis.  This is a Drop In Shower so feel free to drop by anytime you can.  The shower will be held at 2001 Main Street, Porterdale. Dominic and Destiny are registered at Target and Bed, Bath and Beyond.

Beginning Sunday, June 5, our church will host HUNDREDS of Volunteer Builders during the course of the summer months. Each week, volunteers will arrive on Sunday night and be met by a group from our church to welcome the, with a Welcome Dinner.  Then, they will begin their work on Monday morning and leave for their homes on Friday.  Some teams will stay in hotels, some will camp, some will stay in our sister churches (sleeping in sleeping bags or cots).  It is a labor of LOVE from them to us!  Be sure to ask the following Volunteer Team Captains how you can help with our volunteers this summer!
