Registration for the next session begins on Monday, April 18 at 9:00.  Registration is required for Toddlers only.  Sign-up online, by phone, or in person.
 
This 5 week session   begins the week of May 2 and ends the week of May 30.
      
Preschool Groups (ages 3-5)  
Monday afternoon 1:30-2:15pm
Monday night         7:00-7:45pm
Tuesday morning   10:00-10:45am
 
Family Story Times (all ages)

Toddlers (2 years old with caregiver)

Paws for Reading

Murphy, a Certified Therapy Dog, and her handler, Karen, will be here on   Saturday, May 7 from 10:00 to 11:00. Murphy loves stories! Sign up now to read to her or drop by for a visit and a chance to read.
 

Fancy Nancy Tea Party

Children of all ages (with an adult) are cordially invited to attend a Fancy Nancy Tea  Party on Saturday, May 14 from 2:00-4:00. We will have an official etiquette lesson with a hostess from the Silver Fountain Inn in   Dover, drink tea or lemonade, enjoy some delectable sandwiches and desserts, and create some extraordinary crafts. Don't forget to wear your fanciest clothes. Please R.S.V.P. (that means let us know you are coming) by stopping in the library, calling the children's room at 516-6052, or using the online form

Lego Saturday

 
May 21 is Lego Saturday! Use our LEGOs to build and create. Meet new friends, share your ideas, and work on a "Mystery Challenge". LEGOs will be available all day.
 

An Evening of Poetry

The Dover Public Library cordially invites you to attend an "Evening of Poetry" on Tuesday, May 24 at 6:30pm in the Library Lecture Hall. All students who participated in the Library's 14th Annual Poetry Contest for grades K-12 are invited to read their poetry at this event. The general public is encouraged to come and enjoy the readings.   Refreshments will be served. For more information please contact Denise LaFrance at 516-6082.
 
Artistic Happenings

Creation Station
Children of all ages are invited to make  
a "Paper Plate Turtle" at the Creation Station
anytime during the week of May 8-14.

Join us on Fridays at 11:00 for this joyful music program. Children of all ages and their caregivers are welcome to sing, dance, and play instruments.
