Vicky and Cambry Hinds, co-owners of  First Impressions Beauty Salon told their story about deciding to start their own business. They also discussed the commission versus booth rental business model and how their new location has increased their sales volume. 

They also discussed the career opportunities once you get state certified. They are annually attending continuing education classes to keep their certification up-to-date.
Wednesday was a work day. We created press releases, LinkedIn pages and business Facebook pages for the student's individual business.
Ron Diepholz owns and manages dealerships in Charleston, Paris and Effingham. He started managing the Charleston facility in 1987 and is constantly focusing on building trust with his customers especially when it comes to service. They have earned a "certified service elite" designation form Chevrolet. The remodel of the store has attracted a younger customer and he has a photo booth on-site to display their cars on-line with the best possible lighting and background.

We are making pipe stands for the trade show on May 2nd. Messy but needed.
