We manage to get one or two pallets of these every few months, and just secured one more pallet of them. They always sell out within a week and this time will probably be no different. That is understandable, since this deal comes down to  MRE's to $3.42 each- a steal of a price for an MRE with heater!

These MRE's were kept as emergency stocks for a government agency that rotates all their emergency stuff out well before the shelf life is up- so we got a killer deal to pass on. With bad weather bearing down and so much uncertainty in the world it makes more sense to have some emergency food stocks packed away...... these can be a great part of that for you.

I know I took a bunch home from the first batch, some more form the second batch and I will probably take more home when this new batch gets hits the ground if they are not all sold by close of business today.

  We scored well on this lot- these MRE "Emergency Ration Meals" have been in emergency stocks with a government agency who kept them in proper climate controlled storage. 

There are 14 meals per case, and they do have heaters. One case will provide one person with a weeks worth of rations at a 2100 calorie a day diet.

They rotate stock every 3 years by policy, despite the fact that when stored at the temps they did these are rated by the manufacturer for a shelf life of 8 years when stored at 50 degrees or less- and these were. So you have a minimum of 5 years of shelf life remaining on these, more than enough for some emergency backup food that you can eat out camping or hunting or donate (get a tax deduction and rotate that for new stocks) toward the end of what you feel is your comfort range for storage.
