Employee Spotlight:
Meet Linda

Linda Linzmeier has been with Valley Custom Door for three years as a quality inspection engineer in the finish prep-door sanding department. She manages the flow of product into the finishing area ensuring doors meet the proper specifications and profiles. Linda says a keen sense of detail is very important for her role. "You need to pay close attention, ensuring there are no scratches or dents in the doors," she stated. Linda also organizes other products, such as trim or molding, and lends a hand on other lines when she's available. When asked why she enjoys her job, "It's very family oriented," she shared. "You're not just a number when employed with Valley Custom Door. Everyone is important. Plus, I have a good group of coworkers to work with." When not at work Linda enjoys many hobbies including shooting trap, hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, drawing, crocheting, sewing, woodworking, traveling, hiking and spending time with family. "I always enjoy trying something new," she said.
