Mark your calendars now for the 2016 AARP/VCOM Health and Wellness Fair -- Sept 14, 12-4 pm at the Christiansburg Rec. Center.
This biannual event draws many DBI members and others to provide health and wellness information, screenings -- vein health, glucose, blood pressure, hearing, and more! Evidence is growing that being socially engaged supports healthy aging so there will be exhibits from organizations that not only provide services but also opportunities to volunteer.
