 For over 25 years, Corey, AIA, has made a commitment to quality construction. Since 2012, he has helped guide the leadership, design and implementation of Pepper's Quality Management Systems and continually assesses and improves the effectiveness of the processes and standards. 

He specializes in building envelope, forensic building review, plazas, restoration, preservation, life safety, waterproofing, roofing and interior finishes.

Corey works on 50 to 75 projects a year, including site visits, verifying installation, comprehensive skin meetings and company education.
