Students travel to Switzerland
and Italy during Spring Break

Clockwise: Students celebrate at the top of Mt. Rigi in Switzerland; sail along in a gondola in Venice; and visit The Lion Monument in Lucerne. The Coliseum still stands after nearly two millenia.

From the top of a mountain in Switzerland to a gondola in Venice, students took to Europe for the traditional Spring Break trip. This year they visited Zurich, Lucerne, Venice, Florence, Assisi, and Rome.

They marveled as history came to life at Rome's Coliseum, which opened in 80 AD. They toured Cathedrals with spires that reach toward the heavens, and they saw artwork from the masters. Students also enjoyed the delicacies of the region from Swiss chocolate to pasta to gelato.
