Most successful people, particularly in business, have a mentor, someone to look to for guidance and, in many times, to take them under their wing and follow them to the top.

   

Waiting for someone to come along, recognize your talents and take you under their wing usually turns out to be unsuccessful.

   

Recognizing the talents and abilities of another, climbing under his or her wing and making that individual successful usually does.

   

Find a wing, crawl under that wing and help it to soar to new heights.  You will soar to new heights as well.
