How does EBCBOR support your career?
I strongly believe that we, as Realtors, must continually educate ourselves. The courses that EBCBOR offers together with all of the Continuing Education programs are phenomenal and we are very fortunate to be given these opportunities to help us grow our business.EBCBOR has developed so many programs to enhance our membership on a professional level. We are privileged to be part of an organization that is so committed to advocating for its members.

Has EBCBOR contributed to your leadership skills and experience? If so, how?
Taking on the leadership role as Chair of the Community Service committee has given me the opportunity to become involved with an exceptional group of committee members. My co-chair, Hilda Williams, and I are fortunate to have a very strong group of associates who are 100% committed to enhancing our communities. I truly believe that EBCBOR helps its members learn to better communicate with people and be more engaged in the business. The members of EBCBOR do much more than sell homes. They understand that the real estate business is not about houses- it's about people. I am truly honored to be involved with a group that gives so much of their time and effort to give back to the community.
