Movie theatre and engineering class team up for design challenge

Volume, ease of storage and visual appeal were just a few of the features used to judge kid-friendly popcorn containers that students in Matt Vogel's Introduction to Engineering Design class created.

Once created, students presented their designs to Mike Wedel from Monticello Movie Theatre. Wedel judged each container based on capacity, ease of storage, ease of use, visual appeal, quality of prototype, and overall design.     Read more.
