Much like the rest of February, Durham Region offers plenty of family fun during the Family Day weekend!

Drop by Whitby's Station Gallery on Feb. 15 for a special Family Day edition of the Trash Train! Connect with family and friends while you "upcycle" and make extraordinary art right in the Gallery with materials that were headed for the trash.

If you're looking to get active, head over to the Civic Recreation Complex in Oshawa on Feb. 15 for a Healthy Kids Community Challenge family-friendly event. All activities are free, and include swimming (wristbands in effect), jumping castles, face painting, arts and crafts, batting cages and much more!
