Welcome to February! I feel like we have been given a rare metaphysical opportunity of a "do-over" to the start of 2016. January, with its whirlwind of individual challenges and debilitating snowstorms, can gently thaw away as we move forward into February with hope and enthusiasm.

Just like we debuted our new "mobile format" of this weekly email at the beginning of the year, so are we "re-branding" it with a new name on the first day of this "reboot" at the beginning of this month. I am excited to reveal that the new official name of this email is "ISDetails!" It is certainly a work in progress, and we look forward to continuing to bring you the latest "details" of ISD events taking place each week. We'll also expand to include occasional features on the work of ISD and the lives of our wonderful ISD family. While "Snowzilla" may have forced us to to cancel our Sunday Service on January 24 and the Psychic Development Circle meeting on January 26, I am delighted to report that we began to "dig out" of the debilitation last Thursday, January 28, as the warming trend allowed for us to hold Rev. Ken Foor's Kundalini Yoga for Women class.

And not only were we "business as usual" for our Sunday Service on January 31, but we also hosted a wonderfully successful Wellness Fair following that service, with 10 volunteer healers and many of our ISD family that joined us to get a "wellness work-up" and to bask in the awesome energy of the day.

This week we are fully up and running again! The Psychic Development Circle led by Rev. Kathy Gregg will meet again on Tuesday, February 2, and the Kundalini Yoga for Women class will meet on Thursday, February 4. 

On Saturday, February 6, Kathy South, a medium and healer with  Casa de Dom Inácio, home of renowned healer John of God, will host a special movie night at ISD, screening the amazing documentary "Healing: Miracles, Mysteries and John of God. "   

Last month, we launched our beautiful bi-monthly Evening Meditation on Wednesday, January 13. This month, we launch another exciting new bi-monthly activity, Evening Dream Circle, led by Rev. Brooke Kusseling. Come and learn more about how dreams impact our spiritual and daily lives, and share your experiences with your own dreams.

Our Message Circle returns on February 13, and we look forward to our fabulous Service of Love on Sunday, February 14. And, thanks to some Angel magic in schedule availability, we have been able to re-schedule our " Healing Through Akashic Records" workshop with Bill Sanda for Sunday, February 28, following our Sunday Service.

On a personal note, I want to thank my ISD family for the love, support, concern, encouragement and insight that you offered me since the passing of my father last month. That love has sustained and strengthened me in more ways than I can say. 

Let us also send special healing blessings to Rev. Fran Wright on the transition of her sister Marjorie, and to Rev. Patricia Makin for a quick recovery from her recent stay to the hospital. 

So...let's hit that "reset button" on the year and move forward into our most Fabulous February!
