Farmers Market Now Accepting Applications
Calling all vendors, musicians, and community groups! The Wicker Park Farmers Market is returning to Wicker Park this summer and we want you to be there! Applications for vendor spaces, acoustic performance, and spots at the market community table are now available on our website.

WPB SSA #33 Monthly Commission Meeting

Help with the LG Milwaukee Ave Bike Counter
Calling all Chicago Bike Enthusiasts-- LG is working with CDOT to install Chicago's first Bike Counter outside their project located at 1241 N. Milwaukee! LGD is contributing 75% of the funds for the bike counter and reaching out to the community for the remaining 25%. Check out details of the bike-oriented project on the crowdfunding campaign site.

The Bucktown Community Organization is working on submitting a grant to receive trees from the 'Openlands' group but needs your support in order to qualify.
We in Bucktown have a unique opportunity to have trees planted in our neighborhood for an incredible value...FREE!!! (Cost share optional)
Studies have discovered these proven benefits of trees:
-General increases of up to 37% in the value of residential property associated with the presence of trees on a property.
-Can reduce annual flooding in the streets due to rain by 2-7%. During large storms a mature tree is able to store 50 to 100 gallons of water.
