The Commission on Fire Accreditation International (CFAI), governed by the Center for Public Safety Excellence, has awarded the Peoria Fire-Medical Department accredited agency status for the second time.
Peoria is one of only 216 departments nationwide to receive accredited agency status.

Pendergast Elementary School will propel into the future as it launches its Apple ConnectED Initiative and hosts its teacher rollout. Apple selected Pendergast Elementary as one of 114 Apple ConnectED partner schools. The program empowers teachers with the best technology and the training, and empowers students through individualized learning.

Support West Valley Schools with Tax Credit through April 15, 2016
You don't have to have a child in school to contribute to education in Arizona through the School Tax Credit. Tax credit monies are not used to fund regular school activities. The donations you make can only be used for extracurricular activities, like sports programs, field trips, after-school tutoring programs, after school arts programs, etc. or designated "character education programs." You are allowed to specify which programs you'd like your donation to support.
