Kidney Chronicles, the Network's patient newsletter, is a monthly, two-page, printable PDF that is available in  English  and Spanish.  
 
The April edition of Kidney Chronicles focuses on communication, with tips for successful communication and a guide to the formal grievance process. 
 
Please use this issue as a way to jumpstart a conversation with you patients to help prevent little problems or misunderstandings from snowballing into formal grievances.
