Senator Von Flatern was first elected to the Wyoming Senate in 2005. When asked why he ran for office, he said "I felt I could represent the people of the district I lived in better than what they had been getting."

ANNUAL MEETING POLICY TOURS
The 2016 CSG West Annual Meeting will bring together state legislators and staff from across the West to the Lake City of Coeur d'Alene. The Idaho Host State staff have arranged four policy tours for attendees to experience firsthand how "we are always focused on accelerating Idaho technology, manufacturing, and agriculture" (Lieutenant Governor Brad Little).
