E. Bidwell Street Improvements
Beginning May 2, crews will begin work on the final phase of the E. Bidwell Street Widening Project, located between Oak Avenue Parkway and Broadstone Parkway. The pavement on E. Bidwell Street will be repaired and resurfaced to improve the drivability and extend the lifespan of the heavily-traveled corridor. The project also includes traffic signal system upgrades, irrigation installation, roadway striping and new energy-efficient LED street lights. Most of the work will take place over a six-week period between 7 p.m. and 5 a.m. to minimize traffic impacts. For more information about the project, contact Public Works Project Manager Ryan Chance at 916-355-8346 or [email protected].
