Monthly Centerlight Spot Check
Every month, your MET Lead at the PACE site will perform a monthly spot check with random selected drivers. Please make sure all drivers are able to answer their questions and are trained on the material provided.
Your Drivers & Vehicles
Driver Dress Code
All our providers' drivers should be dressed in accordance with NMN's driver dress code policy. All drivers should have an ID Badge that identifies the driver and the company they are working for. Please see NMN's Dress Code Policy for additional information.
Vehicle Inspections
All vehicles that are transporting our PACE members are required to have the following on their vehicles:
  • Spill Kit
  • Umbrella
  • Step Stool
Along with following all other DOT standards.

All drivers should be respectful and friendly to all our members. Great all members with a smile!

It is very important that our PACE members get picked up on time for their DHC trips and medical appointments. If you are running behind, please contact NMN.
