CLU "Let's Go" Camps

Summer is a time for exploration and discovery, when learning and play go hand-in-hand! CLU "Let's Go!" camps are designed for students with unique learning needs in grades 6th through 10th and combine  thematic  art, music, cooking, science, and community field trip activities. 

Camps are available to both full-time CLU students as well as those not currently enrolled at our school.

Participate in all 6 weeks or pick and choose the weeks that work for you and your family. The choice is yours!


Master of 4 Elements
Week 1 (July 18th  - July 21st, 2016 )

Earth! Air! Water! Fire! Explore, experiment, and draw conclusions as we learn about these classical elements, how they affect us, and how we can use them!

Reduce. Reuse. Recycle. 
Week 2 (July 25th  - July 28th, 2016 )

"Come and share my treasure trunk!" said Hector the  Collector -   Shel Silverstein. Campers will positively "go green" over this creative exploration of our environment and how waste can be reused.

Pioneering: Past, Present, and Future
Week 3 (August 1st  - August 4th, 2016)

Blaze new trails!  Hitch your wagon and join us on a journey of discovery from  the  techniques of indigenous peoples and settlers who explored the West to the machines helping us explore the final frontier.

Myths & Legends
Week 4 (August 8th  - August 11th, 2016)

Don your armor and prepare for a Tournament of Knights!  Campers engage in chivalrous deeds, rousing adventures, and noble quests en route to their week of fun and teamwork.

Around the World in 4 days
Week 5 (August 15th  - August 18th, 2016)

Grab your virtual passport and join is as we travel around the world to learn about the traditions, music, and food of different countries!

Think. Outside.
Week 5 (August 22nd  - August 25th, 2016)

No boxes required as campers discover and explore the majesty of the great outdoors.  From the Giant Sequoias to Salton Sea, there's plenty to experience on this California Adventure.
