CHANGES IN

We want to congratulate Greg Cheatham at the University of Kansas for being selected as the next editor for Young Exceptional Children. The Division for Early Childhood sends their deep and sincere appreciation to Amy Santos for her commitment and hard work as Editor of Young  Exceptional Children and the past several monographs. Amy brought multiple innovative and  progressive ideas to fruition within the journal and across our monographs. These include, for  example, strengthening our student involvement with a student editorial board and working with the Recommended Practices Commission to develop and produce the Recommended Practices  monograph series. Greg has big shoes to fill in following in Amy's footsteps, but we are confident he can keep the positive momentum going with our practitioner journal. DEC also wants to extend its gratitude to all who applied for the position and the YEC Editor Search Committee that made this process smooth and professional.
