I hope everyone enjoyed their Easter long weekend with family and friends. Spending time with family is so important for everyone's overall health and happiness.

I can imagine everyone must be extremely busy with year end, at least for some of us anyway. I am happy to announce that the ACC has partnered with Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business on an Aboriginal Procurement Event where their President and CEO JP Gladu will be featured. For more information or to register please click  this link to our website.

The ACC will be participating in the upcoming Vision Quest Conference. Please take the time to visit our booth at this event. Mark your calendar!   The dates for this event are May 17-19, 2016.  Visit their website at  www.vqconference.com for more information.

Our Social Enterprise Event took place on March 31st at the United Way Learning Centre. It was a huge success with many attendees. Thank you to Darcy Penner from The Canadian CED Network for sharing your wisdom on this important topic. Jessica Floresco also provided a captivating presentation on Mother Earth Recycling and all their exciting initiatives. Thank you Jessica.

Please, if you haven't yet done so, get your registration in for our Golf Tournament. It's our 10th anniversary hosting this event!   Click here for more information and to register.

With year end now here, I want to take this time to thank all of our members for your continued support of the Aboriginal Chamber of Commerce. This upcoming year will be a very exciting one indeed!
