A graduate of William Paterson University with a B.A. in Political Science, Yesenia served as a Councilwoman in her town of Bogota and is currently an Alternate on the Planning and Zoning Board. In 2015, I was elected a Director of EBCBOR. I am on the RPAC committee and serve as the BOD Liaison to the Community Service Committee.
What was the experience or motivating factor that compelled you to join EBCBOR?
I wanted to share with other Realtors, and be able to help and give back to the community. Having the Realtor Name allows me to show my clients that I am more than just real estate agent.
Has EBCBOR contributed to your leadership skills and experience? If so, how?
The board had contributed to my leadership skill tremendously. Through their educational and social events, I have been able to absorb all the knowledge to improve my business, and build strong relationships with professionals from all different spectrums, from attorneys to mayors. I am learning each day how to become a more effective leader.
