CAWA is Co-Sponsoring Farm Tax Exemption Workshops with the Board of Equalization (BOE)
After discussing the non-clarity and confusion over California's farm and equipment sales tax exemptions with the BOE, CAWA is co-sponsoring a series of FREE workshops in the central valley regarding this regulation. If you have any questions as to your compliance with these regulations, attending one of the workshops is a must. The issue of this exemption came to light after the Association was contacted by a member who received a stiff fine for non-compliance on certain products given the exemption.
