This seven-module leadership certificate offers a blend of theory and experiential learning tools to help you succeed in this challenging role. Topics include developing as a leader, time management, effective communication, coaching, solving problems, making solid decisions, and cultivating great teams. You will leave each class session with knowledge and practical skills you can immediately apply on your job!
