"What metrics do you think best measures the fact that you're doing work that matters?
I think the only one that I care about is: Will people miss you if you are gone"?
Whatever organization you lead, keep in mind that it is importanta to build relevance with those you serve. As an organization you have to ask yourself, will your organization be missed when it is not present or involved? It will, if the organization have value and is relevant.
