Daneackerman NOVEMBER 14, 2014 AT 12:50 PM JC I have a question. Is gold based on the reserve currency which is now the $US?

If so, when this changes and gold is not based on the current world reserve currency ($US) and is based on a new world reserve currency perhaps a stronger reserve type currency like the SDR.

Wouldn't it then take more $US to purchase gold and thus it could cause a false sense of a spike in gold value when in all actuality golds value didn't change much at all?

Chuc1997 NOVEMBER 13, 2014 AT 2:41 PM Bernanke pointed to FDR's 1933 gold revaluation in his famous 2002 Deflation speech as a very effective means of creating inflation...the speech is still on the Fed website, you can google it.

The speech reads like an instruction manual for 2008-present...with only the final step of revaluing the US' gold not having occurred yet.

The last time the USD got into trouble in the 1970s, gold was also revalued, from $35 to $800.

The last 100 years of history would suggest that if gold is not revalued much higher by the end of the cycle, something would be very different.

SDR may be the US gov'ts preferred means of a recap, but its not the preferred means of BIS. If that was the case, SDR's would've taken off in the 1970s instead of gold.

There are those that make negative comments in their approach to this monstrous/Multifold undertaking. On the contrary, there are those that are looking forward to this undertaking with great anticipation and expectations.

It is all OK because everyone has "selfish or selfless" reason why a post or remark is made.
Negative approach only manifest the negative and lower vibrations in the universe. People are negative because it does not fit their mindset and their immediate needs, hurt and expectations.

Positive approach increases and manifests the positive and higher levels of vibrations. Increase awareness leading to Pure consciousness and Pure energy is the outcome of the higher vibrations.

[MarkZ] I am not certain just what is prudent to say so I am going to stay pretty pc here. Things have really been heating up. I do expect much to be thankful for before Thanksgiving. No I will not in ANYWAY narrow it down more than that.

tsr November 14, 2014 Gold and Silver are up over 3 and 4% respectively. This may be in anticipation of an RV this weekend. When and if we see a RV over the weekend, I am expecting gold and silver to appreciate in double digits percentage wise next week. That should also result in about 3% drop in the dollar index. Please note that this is just my opinion and I am not enticing any one to buy or sell precious metals or dollar....Blessings

Aggiedad77: Good Morning MYLADIES.....and thanks for the kudos but most go to you and the rest of Frank's true intel teams.....as you say we should all be standing cautiously optimistic at this point.

The government is showing progress that we haven't seen in at least 8 years I think....it looks like PM Abadi is attempting to hold good on his promises...that is encouraging I think.

There are still as you say "bits and pieces" to be put together, but I am liking how consistent the message is coming from both the Kurds and Baghdad.

GOOD MORNING EVERYONE...WOW...YESTERDAY WAS SUCH AN EXCITING DAY IN KURDISTAN WASN'T IT? I THINK WE ARE SEEING GREAT PROGRESS BUT MUST AGREE WITH RANDY WE ARE ONLY HALF WAY THERE WITH WHAT THEY ARE SHOWING US AND AGREEMENTS HAVE BEEN REACHED IN THE PAST AND THEN LATER BROKEN SO LET'S REMAIN CAUTIOUSLY OPTIMISTIC BUT GROUNDED.

YESTERDAY WAS THE FIRST STEPS THEY HAVE SHOWN US SO FAR. THE NEXT FEW DAYS WILL BE VERY TELLING. BARZANI IS EXPECTED IN BAGHDAD AND THEY WILL IRON OUT THE OTHER OUTSTANDING ISSUES HOPEFULLY.

NOW LET'S HAVE A LOOK AT WHAT WE KNOW SO FAR.

WE KNOW THEY HAVE WORKED OUT THE SALARIES AND THE DAILY PRODUCTION REQUIREMENTS BUT THEY STILL NEED TO WORK OUT WHO IS CHARGE OF EXPORTS AND THE MUTUAL BENEFITS. THE COMING DAYS MAY FINALIZE THAT.

It seems the good news articles just keep flowing......I have to admit that yesterday I became very excited with the level of news coming not only from Baghdad but also the same news coming from the Kurds.....at last they seem to be on the same train.

So is the HCL done......I'm choosing my words carefully here and will just commit to saying that it appears to be all but done....I think what we've seen is the opening act of agreements between the Kurds and Baghdad....we know that Barzani will soon (in the next few days) be making an appearance in Baghdad. This sounds like the trip to hopefully finish the details of what Oil Minister Mahdi started earlier this week in Erbil with him.

The magnitude of the articles yesterday was astounding, it built and built.....there was great consistency coming from an area of the globe where things have been anything but consistent....to me this is so very exciting to see and witness.
