Group Fitness Update

Vicki is teaching an extra Power Step/RIP class tomorrow (Saturday) at 11:00. Great way to start your weekend. I challenge you to take YOGA at 9:30 and then join Vicki afterwards. Can you do them both????

Yoga on Sunday is now at 9:00 with Deanna.

Courtney will be here on Monday the 2nd to teach ZUMBA at 5:30. She is full of energy and a lot of fun. Come shake it up!
