Brule The government is moving to the Federal Court on the intersection of budget items with the independence of the Central Bank

05/02/2015 BAGHDAD / JD / .. said a source close to the prime minister, said the dispute over the independence of the central bank in the budget items resolves through the Federal Court.

The source, who declined to be named, told / BD /: that the controversy concerning the appeal by the Economic Commission recommended in the Council of Ministers of the materials contained in the budget bill, which intersect with the independence of the central bank will through the Federal Court.

He explained: that such issues be resolved through the law, in case it is not a solution on them.

The Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq on the Keywords revealed yesterday that the Economic Committee of the Council of Ministers recommended to the Council to challenge the material contained in the budget law intersect with the independence of the Bank.

Thursday February 5, 2015 - Chaired by Finance Minister Hoshyar Zebari today February 5, 2015, in the office of the ministry held a meeting with directors of banks, insurance companies, and Director General of Tax Authority in the Ministry of Finance and the Director General of the Iraqi Commercial Bank.

During the meeting, discussion of tax compliance with the United States of America Agreement (Vta) and concluded between the United States and most countries and related tax compliance for foreign accounts to provide tax information on people who hold US citizenship.

I don't usually post any info or intel in this website, but my private INTEL from UBS Bank which is one of the main banks that deals with currency exchange has told me that there is a strong chance we might might see the RV happening tonight around 9 to 11 PM ( Pacific Time).

Due to the fact that they have received many indications in their systems that points out that mayor changes of currency exchanges are coming very soon.

He said the latest he sees this happening is Saturday Afternoon.

To say I have been a busy bee would be an enormous understatement. I have been working hard on a history lesson for you all in the near future. Until then let me give you a little update.

The powers that be have been rushing about the globe to nearly everywhere shoring up currencies in anticipation of the impending currency changes, even Kenya which is near to my heart got a visit.

Meanwhile Iraq, Greece, Russia and China have their players visiting Germany to put another nail in the US energy/petro dollar coffin as we speak.

KJWayne   at February 4, 2015 at 9:24 PM    If I take out all of the KID STUFF in this then I get that the window is between the 10th, which is when parliament returns , and the 15th, which is when the budget hits the gazette to become law.

The CBI should start the rate change to the dinar and the government should start funding the budget because of the new laws .   Did I miss something?

Tlar   That's what I think also KJ and it is what I have been seeing since I mentioned "sometime in the next 12 days" about a week ago. The backstop to me is the actual disbursement of funds from the budget, 1166 or a new rate.

As I have said for the past 5 years the RV equation was, and still is GOI + HCL = RV.

We can now expand "GOI" to include everything we have seen accomplished by Abadi's new government over the past several months of its existence.

We can safely say that the difference between Maliki's GOI and Abadi's GOI are as radically different as night and day and everyday we are seeing that difference become more and more pronounced as we draw closer to the event we are all waiting on.

Having said that we are still one element away from the conclusion of this event. That is, the conclusion for us...and the beginning for the country of Iraq.
