2015 Nebraska Water Symposium and Water Law Conference
Planning has begun for a two-day Water Conference and Water Law Conference that will be held March 19 and 20, 2015 at the University of Nebraska College of Law on the University of Nebraska-Lincoln East Campus. The main conference theme will be current issues, challenges and solutions in sustainable use of the High Plains (Ogallala) Aquifer, one of the world's largest and most heavily utilized groundwater resources. The conference will include a mix of plenary addresses, key speakers, panel discussions, case studies and demonstrations on a wide variety of topics and issues related to the High Plains Aquifer. A conference planning committee is being organized.
