Happy New Year! All of us at Workout 32789 hope you had a fun and safe time last night! Now, while some of you are recovering from last night's festivities, I want everyone to take a look toward the future. Over the years, New Years resolutions have almost become a joke with how quickly they fail but they are still an awesome motivator and a great way to start fresh. With 2015 just starting, I'd like you to write down 5 things you wish to accomplish by years end and post them in a place where you personally can see it all the time. The constant reminder will keep the fire alive and keep these changes from falling to the way side. Try and cover all aspects of your life; health, family, professionally, recreationally, etc.. Last month we had a trial run of our "Brain Training" Book Club and it was amazing! After reading "The Energy Bus", we had a lively discussion on not only this inspirational book, but its values and messages that we took from it. It went so well that we would like to continue this several times throughout the year.
This year we are going to start off with "The Four Agreements", if you are interested in participating, make sure to grab yourself a copy before we meet again! Our next "Brain Training" meeting will be February 4th at 11:30 am right here at Workout 32789. The Men's Boot Camp
Throughout the week, while the sun is still rising, there is a group of guys that are finishing their workout before most have even had their first cup of coffee. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5:45am, 11 guys arrive at Workout 32789 to knock out their exercises for the day. They do so with no complaining, (okay maybe a little bit), and they do their best to make their challenging Boot Camp as fun as possible. Whether it's making jokes before the class starts or having a few drinks while watching the World Cup, this group of guys have an amazing camaraderie that they extend to old and new members alike. It doesn't matter if you are the rookie or someone who has been coming for over a decade, they treat each member as family, giving them equal amounts of encouragement and ribbing.

Overnight Oats
Highlight a promotion, product, event, or anything that needs special attention.
Ingredients: 1/2 cup rolled oats 1/2 cup coconut milk 1 tablespoon chia seeds 2 tablespoons silvered almonds 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions: 1. Mix all ingredients together in a glass jar. 2. Stir well, cover, and refrigerate over night. 3. The next morning, remove from the fridge, top off with your favorite fresh fruit, and enjoy!

You've made your resolutions and now it's time to act on them! Not sure where to start? Why not start with our H.I.I.T classes for the next 6 weeks?! For those that haven't tried our classes before, they consist of small groups and are available for all ages and fitness levels. You can choose the Wednesday class, Friday class, or both. For $120, you will receive 6 weeks of classes for the day that you choose. Also, to make sure that you get every penny's worth, we are offering a 'mulligan'. If you miss 1 class, that class can be made up on a Saturday during those 6 weeks at our 8am H.I.I.T class.
The Saturday Co-Ed H.I.I.T class is available year round and is from 8-845am every weekend. If you are interested in just participating on Saturdays, please let us know and we can arrange that as well!

For those that are unaware, Judi became an ACE Certified Health Coach last month and we have been putting her new skills and resources to use in creating together a special program for our clients!
