A Note From Stephanie Kowald, Head Of School
What a wonderful time of year. For me this is especially true as I have the privilege of sharing the season with the students at Grace. From the blessings of the Ingathering to the celebration of the birth of our Savior, the children's enthusiasm mounts. As students at Grace, the children are daily exposed to the true meaning of giving and of Christmas. Children have a way of looking at the season with a perspective that exemplifies purity and faith. As an adult, my personal prayer is that I may have the enthusiasm and anticipation of a child for the arrival of the greatest gift that I could be given; the birth of Jesus. Blessings to you and your family this Christmas Season.

Grace Tree
Fleming Island Plantation
The Grace Tree is now on display. Each class created custom hand-made, Grace-themed ornaments to decorate the tree. You can view the tree at the Fleming Island Plantation Community Center through December. While you are there, be sure to take a family picture and post it on your social media. This is a great way to promote the school to other families.

The 5th grade enjoyed their learning experience at the Tilly Fowler Nature Center on a recent field trip. Sometimes the best classroom is outside.

The 6th grade recently learned about the layers of the earth through painting a model of the world. It's not just what they learn, but how they learn it. Creativity, discovery and active learning distinguish Grace's education

The Grace Fund Goal: 100% Participation
Each year the Board of Trusties, Faculty/Staff and Church Vestry participate 100% in the Grace Fund. This year we want our families to reach the 100% participation goal, too. Strong participation opens the door to grants, a valuable addition to enriching the curriculum, programming and facilities. Thoughtfully consider your gift in any amount. Visit The Grace Fund for more information. Thanks for your support.
