Stop Hunger Now
November 16, 3:00-5:00 PM
More than 1 billion people worldwide do not have enough to eat. International hunger relief agency Stop Hunger Now is working to end hunger by distributing food to children and families all over the world. Their meal packaging program assembles dried food into small packets that store easily, last for years, and cost only 29 cents each.

Christ Church has committed to purchase and pack 20,000 meals on Sunday, November 16 at 3:00-5:00 PM and we need your help!
This serving opportunity is open to people of all ages. We welcome your donation of any amount whether or not you can participate in the packing event. Donations can be made by clicking "Give Now" at CCE Online and selecting "Stop Hunger Now" in Step 2. Please contact Sarah Timmerman with any questions and register now at CCE Online.

Launch in Progress

Join us for a brown bag lunch on November 9 at 12:15 PM in the Library. We'll be swapping stories about the first visits home (curfew?), and what changes we see in the family dynamics. "Launch In Progress" is a seasonal small group providing a supportive community within CCE for families who are launching a young adult from high school into full-fledged adulthood. Questions?
