Jessica and Jolene helped barre n9ne launch this program studio wide over 3 years ago back in August 2011 and we have had amazing success with it! 

Hundreds of women have lost inches and pounds that they will never see again! We are beyond proud of each and every one of you!

We cap this program at 75 participants to ensure we maintain the quality of the program and can give each client the attention they deserve!
 
If you are interested in our non-weighing and measuring challenge we would recommend our raise the barre challenges and the information is listed on the right side of this email! These are preset packages in which you can come to class 2x, 3x or 4x per week!

What is the barre n9ne 
60 day challenge?

The barre n9ne  60 day challenge is a 2 month long program that will change your life, your body and the way you think about food and exercise - forever. 

It seems as though we all have the same "wants": 
  • to love what we see when we look in the mirror
  • to look amazing in the clothes we wear
  • to feel great about ourselves and our bodies
Sometimes life gets in the way and when we have too much on our plate we push working out to the back burner. We put our jobs, chores, errands, family gatherings, & kids activities FIRST and ourselves LAST. The end result-an exhausted & unhappy person who finds it difficult to either get back into an exercise routine or to eat healthy- or both!

What the barre n9ne challenge is not:
  • A diet
  • A means to losing weight quickly i.e crash diet- only to gain it back after you complete the challenge
  • A way to get a pack of classes for way less money ;)
If you are looking to continue current weight loss habits and are not ready to embrace ALL aspects of our program I do not recommend doing a challenge!

IMPORTANT DATES FOR THE CHALLENGE- please read carefully! You must attend a kick off meeting, you must attend a half way measuring and you must attend a final measuring - 
NO EXCEPTIONS.

Important Note: Each kickoff meeting typically lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes. Please plan to be there for the entire duration. You may not be though.

   * If you cannot attend you will not be able to participate in the challenge.

Halfway Point Measuring

You must be able to come one of our halfway point measuring dates listed above. You can attend any studio for measuring, doesn't need to be the one you typically take class at! 
You will be able to sign up for a 5 minute time slot during these blocks of time listed above. You will NOT have to stay for 2 hours :)

Nutrition Seminar
{complimentary as part of the program!}

**This challenge we will not be offering a nutrition seminar in Woburn. If you are a Woburn client you may of course attend the seminar at the Andover or Danvers location.

    • Weighing and measuring- Before, 30 and 60 day mark

    • One FREE Guest pass. Bring a friend who have never been to barre n9ne to a class anytime during the challenge 
    • 10% off Class Packages for up to two months following a challenge (cannot be used during a promotion and is not valid for challenges or single classes)

*For those who are interested we can offer a payment plan for the 3 and 4 class a week option. You would pay half now and half on May 1, 2015. We would autodebit your card for the remaining 50%. Email us to sign up for the challenge this way.

As you know, all of our class packages have a 6 month expiration.  Many of you have said that you wish we offered a package where you could come to barre n9ne a set number of times per week for a 2 month time frame. Basically like a challenge but without the weighing, measuring, kick off meetings etc!
