Are you interested in assisting the swim team head coach!
Individuals interested in serving as an Assistant Coach for the Hamilton Lakes Hornets swim team for the 2015 season are encouraged to apply before December 20, 2014. Please email a completed application to [email protected] or drop off the application at the club locked drop box outside the front door.
Deadline for application is December 20, 2014
Employment for the Hornets swim team season will begin in April and end in July. Coaches will be working with a variety of swimmers of various ages and abilities. The ideal candidate will have the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

Must be 15 years of age or older;

Follow the supervision and direction of the Head Coach;

Attend as many practices as possible unless giving advance notice with approval from the Head Coach;

Get into the pool when necessary to assist with stroke instruction for younger swimmers;

Work with other Assistant Coaches on the deck and in the clubhouse to further the goals of the Head Coach;
-
Be focused on the swimmers 100% of the time during practice;
-
Bring energy, excitement, and dedication necessary to lead the Hornets to a successful season.
