Juicy Gossip?

Not really, I am not into it.  I just wanted to make sure you read this very important email.  Sneaky... I know.

We have had a busy couple of weeks and CONGRATS are in order!

Congrats to everyone who competed and completed the Princeton Ironman,70.3. An amazing accomplishment and perfect way to end the season.  Here are just a few of the girls.  We had over 12 who actually did it.

We also had a handful of women do the Rock and Roll Half Marathon! The Rock and Roll series has always been one of my favorites.

This past weekend was the MS150. Our club partners with Amanda's Angels. Amanda is a part of our club and we love to support her and her growing team. My entire facebook lit up with orange jerseys on Saturday night!  Way to go team.

I can not  forget a BIG Congrats to Christy Beal who did the FULL Chatanooga Ironman. This is not her first and I am sure it will not be her last. Congrats Christy- she completed the entire race in: 14 hour and 19 minutes. Lastly, get well wishes are being sent to Christy Rocco who got clipped and crashed at the MS150. Ouch!  I know the feeling.   Her helmet saved her and serves as a reminder to make sure they always fit properly. Always, always, always, always wear a helmet.

So much to share -
