Alabama ASCE/APWA 2015 Summer Meeting - Sponsor/Exhibitor Registration
This site is for registration for Sponsors and Exhibitors for the annual summer meeting of ASCE and APWA for 2015 at Perdido Beach Resort in Orange Beach, AL. We have:
Exhibitors: Includes an 8'x8' booth in the Exhibit Hall with choice of 1 or 2 persons attending. Also choice of adding a Conference Sponsorship.
Sponsors: Financial support of the meeting includes listing in program, sponsor boards, and other recognition.
Equipment Expo: Display your equipment at our outdoor expo on Wednesday morning. Indoor booth NOT INCLUDED.
Seafood Dinnner: Help underwrite the family dinner on Tuesday night. Conference registration or Exhibit Booth are NOT INCLUDED.

Room Information - Perdido Beach Resort
The conference hotel is the PErdido Beach Resort. Our group rates for the 2015 meeting are (per night + tax):
Standard = $234, Pool View = $254, Gulf Front = $294.
Group rates will be available three days prior to and three days following the event based upon space and rate availability at the time the reservation is confirmed. That means you can come down the weekend before the conference and enjoy a couple of days at the beach before things get started! Or stay the rest of the week before heading back to work and the start of school.
