drdonar :Just listened to the call...packed with information...but a few questions for those smarter than me...I have torn the cbi ss apart and can't seem to find where they possibly have a rate other than the program rate....how do you drop 3 zeros from a 500 note? And speaking of the amount of iqd our govt holds, I recall years back Frank used the FOIA, freedom of information act, to obtain that info and it was 22 trillion if my memory serves me...does anyone else recall the number?

At the present time the MR collects 000's from the CURRENCY. EX: Citizens .... Get You boodies into the banks and open accounts !!! Physically.
When article 8 is lifted it will be because the 000's from the EXCHANGE RATE of the IQD will have been lifted.

Federal Court postpones suit appeal to articles 46 and 50 of the budget to May 4
The Federal High Court has postponed until May 4, any work on Articles 46 and 50 of the 2015 budget that have been sent to them on appeal...these appeals challenge the constitutionality of the articles....
The postponement is to get procedures in order and there has been a decision to enter PM Abadi's name in the suit as a third party of the suit....the Chairman of the Finance Committee Chalabi, is also named as a third party in the suit.....

Last night I said ... "goodnight family ... ALOHA dreams ... a realistic hope to come!"
The HCL can't come out right now ... because there isn't a real rate to give to the citizens ... 1166, the 4th part of the HCL ... (the oil rights to the citizens) ... cannot be calculated ... there is no known math to do that type of negative math. Fascinating isn't it?
For those who say ... but I thought Frank said the HCL is done? (Yes ... and you'll see it is ... and it's coming!)
