CEO Update LIVE:  The new landscape for advocacy and influence

If there is one truism for advocacy and Influence, it’s that tactics and strategies continually evolve.  And they are going to evolve again with Republicans set to take over the Senate in January.

CEO Update is gathering leading CEOs and lobbying experts for breakfast on Wednesday, February 11 to explore how association leaders can take advantage of the changing advocacy landscape.

Our expert panel includes, former member of Congress and current head of the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association Jo Ann Emerson, Steve Caldeira, CEO of the International Franchise Association, and Marty Durbin, CEO of America’s Natural Gas Alliance.

In this candid discussion, CEO Update plans to tackle how the Republican control of both houses of Congress can affect the priorities of associations and how leaders can position their groups to take advantage of the new political landscape. The panel will discuss what new approaches are gaining traction with policymakers as well as effective advocacy strategies used to establish and maintain credibility and exert influence in the right quarters.

This premier event will give association executives proven tools and tactics—gleaned from decades of experience from those who have used them successfully—to advance the public policy agendas of their own organizations.  Space is limited, so RSVP today.
