The Elements of Wine

You have the nose and palate of a wine expert!

What you don't have is the vocabulary...

Learn to;

  • Confidently describe any wine! Never feel like a novice again!
  • Get a bottle of wine you WILL like, every time you shop!
  • Understand what the wine writers have written and know whether that wine is for you!
  • Astound your friends by correctly identifying the grape varieties and regions of wine, BLIND!

Here's where it all begins. Join our wine educator, Lisa Brough, as she leads you through a professional level tasting adventure where the major building blocks of wine are isolated in water and the mysteries of wine tasting are revealed. Then work your senses through a flight of specially selected wines and prove to yourself that you do have the nose and palate of a wine expert. Move over Robert Parker.

I hope you'll join me for a fun filled afternoon of wine education brought to you in the tradition of the Windows on the World Wine School in NYC where we took wine off its pedestal and put it on the table.

Cheers,
