Business, Labour & Community: Planning for Prosperity!

Thanks to the Hamilton employers who completed the Hire Learning Survey!

Workforce Planning Hamilton thanks the many employers who took the time to complete the Hire Learning Survey last month.

Staff are now busy reviewing the data and a report will be released in mid March. We were pleased that there was a good representation of the varied industries that make up Hamilton's economy.
Spotlight on local sectors that have a skills mismatch

Based on data analysis and in consultation with the advisory team on the "Putting the Puzzle Together: Skills Alignment in Hamilton's Transforming Economy" project, five sectors with evidence of a skills mismatch were chosen to spotlight.
