Understanding how the business can more efficiently produce its products and services is a critical component in creating or maintaining a profitable business enterprise. In the workshop, we will discuss organizing and standardizing operations to drive increased productivity, and how to most effectively use time, people and resources. |
Darryl Reynolds is a partner in a small business consulting firm that helps new and established businesses improve overall performance. He is also a an adjunct professor of business with Trinity International University teaching classes in marketing, finance, communications and business strategy. Throughout his career, he has been a groundbreaking and innovative business professional in marketing and communications, working for both small start-up firms and major corporations. He has earned two degrees from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a Bachelors of Art in Communications and a Masters in Business Administration.
