Native Sons Parlor #111 is partnering with American Legion Jack London Post #489 to entertain you Saturday, May 2, 2015 at the Sonoma Veterans Bldg. Doors open at 6pm.
$30 when you buy your ticket in advance. $35 at the door, space permitting. Includes a bowl of gumbo and cornbread + dancing.

Get your dancing shoes ready! Western Swing Hall of Fame and local hero, Tommy Thomsen and his band will be playing for your enjoyment.
"In 1995 in a ceremony attended by many former Texas Playboys and professional musicians, Tommy Thomsen was honored by being inducted into the Western Swing Society Hall of Fame in Sacramento. Subsequent awards include Pioneers of Western Swing Hall of Fame in Seattle and the Western Swing Society of the Southwest in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Tommy toured extensively throughout the world–including, France, Italy, Denmark, and Japan. He has become a home town legend and enjoys volunteering for local charities—such as, American Cancer Society and American Liver Foundation, Sonoma Valley Hospital, Hospice Work and various benefits for local people in need."

The American Legion Jack London Post #489, (501-c (3) #94-0280890) assists active duty military personnel, veterans and members of our community. Some of their projects include: support for wounded warriors and their Blue & Gold Star Families, Sonoma Valley Veterans Memorial Park, Boys and Girls State, Fisher House at Travis Air Force Base, Children’s Cancer Society, and children’s educational scholarships.
The Native Sons of the Golden West Parlor #111, (501-c (3) #237574778) is a community service organization committed to helping our community. We support youth through educational scholarships, youth sporting leagues, California Adventure Clubs, the Cleft Palate Surgery Fund, California Historic Preservation, as well as volunteering with other civic organizations like the Relay for Life, Sonoma Community Center, and the Vintage Festival.
Proceeds from this event will be split by the two coordinating organizations and distributed to local community groups and projects including the Ceres Project.
